When do you restock?

When we sell out, if there are any delays, you will be updated.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Please be informed that extra duty/customs costs may apply depending on where you buy from. If you have any more questions, contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any fees.

 

Can I use the water bottle for hot liquids?

Due to the possibility of the plastic melting, we do not advise using the water bottle for hot beverages.

 

What is the capacity of the bottle?

The capacity of the water bottle is 1L.

 

When will my order ship?

Shipping duration's vary depending on the location and shipping type selected at checkout. All orders are handled within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that any customs or import charges imposed in connection with foreign orders are not our responsibility. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

 

Can I make changes to/or cancel my order?

You can't make changes or cancel your order. If you have not received notification that your item has been sent, please contact us at info@ioannes.com.au

 

What are the return and exchange policies?

If your Ioannes~Theos water bottle arrives damaged you will be liable for a return or exchange. For any other reason, including a change of mind, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. For eligibility, the item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. If you want to start the return procedure, please email info@ioannes.com.au within 14 days. For returns, the buyer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs.
