How To Clean

To clean the water bottle, remove the cap and wash with warm soapy water. The water bottle cap is dishwasher safe but it is recommended to hand wash the bottle to prevent damage and increase the longevity of the bottle.

Storage

Store the water bottle in a dry space to prevent bacteria and mould build up.

This water bottle shouldn't be used for hot liquids. Follow these directions to ensure the water bottle stays in pristine conditions.

If your Ioannes~Theos water bottle arrives damaged you will be liable for a return or exchange. For any other reason, including a change of mind, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. For eligibility, the item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. If you want to start the return procedure, please email info@ioannes.com.au within 14 days. For returns, the buyer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs.
